5 year old erection issue

My 5 year old son, often cuddles up to me (usually at bed time) and gives me lots of kisses. this didnt seem normal to me as the kisses were longer than normal and he often moans in the day that i give him too many kisses! .....when i asked why he wants lots of kisses, his response was " because it makes my willy go up". this has happened on several occasions, and i am begining to feel very uncomfortable with the situation.this always seems to happen when we are cuddled up either in bed when i tuck him in, or on a sofa. i dont know how to approach the subject with him without making him feel like he shouldnt kiss mummy and i dont want to make him feel bad, im not even sure if this is normal. as far as i am aware this only happens with me. what should i do if anything, im really stuck!????

Of course it is OK to kiss your son. Just be sure that the kisses are 'normal' and not of the sort that are causing you to be unconfortable. For a while you may want to cut back on the cuddling part of the routine; it may be complicating the matter.
