5 year old

My son is 5 and has no problem to be social and has lots of friends. The teacher at school says that he do not want to play outside after nap time. He wants to play in class or look threw a  book.  Most of the times he does not like the activities they do in class. He is a very loving boy who likes to hug people he likes. I also have this problem with that he will go to toilet sometimes for a poo or other times just does it in his pants when he is watching tv. I  ones had to big him to go to a birthday party. On weekends he would asked me if we can stay home and not go out.He has been doing swimming for 3 years but still scared of water.  When friends come over to play he would play with them or sometimes just be on his own. Does this all seem normal???
