7 yr old daughter unmotivated

My seven year old seems to be very scatter brained and unmotivated. Doesn't do her homework. Takes a long time to get her to do anything if she does it at all. Is she testing me or is there a serious problem? She also get stomach aches all the time and I don't know if that is just fake or if there is a problem? Any suggestions?
