7 yr old girl with ODD need help please

I am worried about a 7 yr old foster child a girl with odd she is making our life a wreck. please help. she dosnt mind or follow any rules no matter what we do. She says she doesnt care what we do to he. We love & care for her verry much and would like to she her do better

It might be useful for you to consult with a pediatric mental health clinician who can offer you guidance about such a system. On your own, you can refer to Lynn Clark's book SOS: Help for Parents. It offers a helpful, straightforward method of managing behavior and can be quite useful for children with this condition (as well as 'normal' children).
