This type of Disruptive Behavior Disorder invites one major intervention: a systematic program of behavior management. It might be useful for you to consult with a pediatric mental health clinician who can offer you guidance about such a system. On your own, you can refer to Lynn Clark's book SOS: Help for Parents. It offers a helpful, straightforward method of managing behavior and can be quite useful for children with this condition (as well as 'normal' children).
