7 yr old steals, lies, and behavioral problems

Our 7 yr old son has been stealing/lying ALOT lattely. He has been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD from school, pediatrition,and county mental health services. In the past his words were "I want to rip my skin, I want to get a gun a shoot you Dad,I want to die/stand in the street and get hit by a car/ wants to kill his 2 yr old brother (now 3).

He has been kicked out of 1st school(preschool) 2nd (kindergarten) and now in "Special Ed'. He has stolen money from his Grandfater's wallet, mother's wallet, taken her jewerly (4 times this week)  and I (the dad) this morning found his mother's jewerly in his backpack and he blamed me for it?( favorite hidding place) stole the school principle's glass blown paerweight and put it in his backpack. Missing watches and house/car keys, tools/kitchenware,ect. and the 3 yr old can't get to these places. He has a very big problem of lying and disrepect toward his peers.  Outbursts in  public don't allow us to go out much or even socalize much at all.

He has all the toys but must earn them, the computer and TV have vanished for him. Time out in the corner and thinking has no effect on him. We have in-home as well as county mental health psychologist and psychiatrists and doctors. I have done a battery of tests at the pediarications. Dr. had him on Bupropion 75mg 1 morning/1 evening and Concerta er27 mg 12 morning. That did not work so now he has been switched to: Sertraline 50mg 1 tab in the morning and the Concerta is 36mg 1 tab in the morning. This all is ripping and tearing our family apart. The 3 yr old brother of course is copying everything. I can't sneeze or "Child protection Services"come after us with the F.B.I. in tow! I do walk away because talking and resoning has no effect at all. The devestation on this household is not pleasent to say the least!

Nothing seems to work and we do know that if nothing is done he WILL have a very misrible childhood and later adulthood.
