7yearold starting pooping pants 2weeks into 1st grade

I have a 6year old who is going to be 7 in two days, about 3-4 weeks ago she started pooping her pants at school at home, dont matter where she is. Ive taken her to the doctor once a week since this started happening and now i am just wasting my time at the doctor cause she is not helping one bit, Im sick of trying to figure out whats going on with my child since she has been potty trained since the age of two. Its not a issue of her not wiping well, cause she just doesnt bother to use the restroom at all, and she will sit in her poop until someone smells it and makes her change and she acts like she doesnt know it happened, and her panties will be full. Please help me, My child is breaking my heart cause i felt like ive tried everything. Please help me with any suggestions I could try,and why she started this after 5years of having no accidents and now its 4-5 times a day. I need help

Could she be upset by anything new, siblings, family , move of house , anyone away, has anything happened recently she hasnt liked.Does she need reminding at school to go to the bathroom children dont like to just get up and go, find out from the teacher if she has had 5 years of being clean and this just started there has to be a reason. .
