8 year old boy's health

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me why a child might "see things upside down".  My almost-8-year-old newphew is diagnosed with ADHD, and experiences angry thoughts that occur to him while he's pryaing.  He says the angry thoughts come from him but he doesn't "feel" angry and doesn't want to have those thoughts.  He also has trouble falling asleep at night.  The thing I am most perplexed about though is his "seeing things upside down."  Is that a neurological disorder?  Thank you.

By "seeing thngs upside down" I assume you are referring to his angry thoughts and his not wanting to have them. It is likely that this is a manifestation of his developing superego, or conscience, and is a normal part of development at this age. It may be useful to learn precisely what he means by angry thoughts - i.e., the actual content of those thoughts. With the facts in hand, it'll be more clear what he's communicating. This wold not fall into the realm of a neurological condition.
