8 yo does not change pants when has bathroom accidents

Hi, my 8 yo daughter does not change pants when she wets herself. Last 4 years she was diagnosed with over-active bladder, but during our last visit to the hospital, the doctor told us that her bladder is OK now. But she still has daytime accidents and almost everyday. The thing that worries me the most is that she does not like to change her wet pants, even if she's in school, or even if it's cold outside. Also she started to lie, if I'm reminding her to go to the bathroom, she's telling me that she already did. But 10 minutes later her pants are wet. Any advise would be appreciated.
