My sister in law is 38 years old and we have a good relationship, but my brother and her always had problmes in their relationship since they married. My brother gave up on her and he does everithing she wants so they wont have to discuss any more in front of the child, they have a 9 years old boy who sleeps with his mother for years by now and my brother sleep on the floor and some time in the couch. I realy think this not right and very unhealthy for the child.

It may not be sensible for you to insert yourself in this matter. Obviously this couple has problems, and it is not at all a good idea for their son to be sleeping with his mother while his father sleeps elsewhere. Hopefully they will seek marriage counseling.
