9 year old who pees in her pants

If my 9 YEAR OLD child occasionally pees in her pants during the day, but is not a nighttime bedwetter.... could there be a health issue?  Or would this be do to her laziness to tend to her bodily functions?

Ask her if she has any Tummy aches in case theres a little Bladder infection going on Kids dont always clean themselves correctly and girls can get it that way.That would cause her to urinate in "bits" Have you checked if she drinks a lot whilst that is good sometimes and if shes at school they cant get to the Bathroom in time and dont like to ask in front of everyone else,dont make a big thing about it,ask your Doc to get a urine test ,
