Aggressive Behavior

My son is 21 he had mengitis at the age of ten months. My son takes Depakote zyprexa and lorazepam. My question is my son goes into rages two the point that he will hurt himself and you if you are next to him. then the next minute he is the most loveing child you can find is there any thing else that we can do to help with his moods.The mengitis caused serious brain damage.
