Autistic boy that pinch girls

Im a teacher at a special school for autistic children. In my classroom theres a boy thats 16 years old and he always pinch the girl and co werkers of mine. Last friday he pinch me on my front private part. I saw that coming and I imidiete grab his hands and he tryid to hit me with his head... I have tried time out is not working and I have points and reward for good conduct but I dont se the progress... Please help My intervetion plan is not working   Thanks...:)

As I'm sure you know, children and teens with severe forms of Pervasive Developmental Disorder require educational environments that are designed to address their behavioral difficulties. They require levels of staffing that provide for one-to-one coverage when needed, and that is likely needed in your situation. Your question is one which needs to be tackled by the administrators of the program, because knowledge of the total therapeutic milieu is required in order to offer options.
