Baby development

I know this may seem like a silly question, but it is ok for a 7 month old to not roll all the way over, she rolls onto her side and with help all the way but not alone. and also is it ok for her to still not have any teeth?

Your questions are not silly at all. It is to be expected that parents will have questions about how their children are developing.

It's important to remember that developmental progrress occurs at different rates - there is a broad range of normal. You needn't worry about your daughter's rate of development at this stage. Muscle control proceeds downward from the head to the lower extremities, and your daughter is entering a period when you will see changes.

Likewise, it's too early for appearance of teeth. The second year is the time when you'll see changes in this regard.
