Behaviour problems

My 6+ year old son is in first grade, and he have always a social problems with other peers.
he does have a 5 year brother and he is very jealous from him because he is more smart than him. He is aggressive with his brother and bossy. Even at class the way he express himself (gots excited very quick and can't control his emotions) gives the impression he is aggrestive and the end rejected from his class peers. He ist hyperactive trying for attention and when he doesn't get it he makes noisy things and become selly. When he gets in an argument with a friend, it is usually about sharing and keep playing. If a child tells him I don't won't to play, he won't stop but carry on. He have only one friend who is up and down with him which make him frustrated. He doesn't get the idea that he shouldn't be selly all the time. He is under a lot of pressure and punishment at school. People used to call him simly face now he is sad all the time and he is rebeling towards me even told me I don't love you anymore.
I am so worry about him, he is rejected by his class peers and school. l asked the teacher to encourage him and be part of the team. He knows the right thing to do if asked. what it means to be kind.
