CHILD WITH NO EMOTION

HI..I HAVE BEEN IN A RELATIONSHIP FOR CLOSE TO 2 YEARS FROM NOW AND WE HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER.  SHE HAS NO EMOTION......WHEN SHE GETS INTO TROUBLE SHE JUST DOES IT AND LIKES TO SIT IN HER ROOM ALL DAY......SHE HAS REMORSE WHEN SHE DOES SOMETHING TO HURT SOMEONE ELSE AND IF YOU ASK HER TO DO SOMETHING SHE JUST SMILES AT YOU AND DOESNT DO IT.  SHE HAS ALOT OF BEHAVIOR ISSUES FOR EX: SHE CLOGGS THE TOILET CAUSE SHES BORED.  SHE GETS IN THE LITER BOX AND PUTS THE CAT POOP ON THE WALLS....SHE DOESNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING.....IF SHE ASK TO DO SOMETHING AND IS FINALLY MADE TO...SHE WONT GET UP AND WALK SHE SCOOTS ON HER BUT TO GET THERE.  
ITS REALLY OUT OF CONTROL AND AGRIVATING.  ITS REALLY COMING BETWEEN OUR RELATIONSHIP CAUSE HE DOESNT SEE ANY PROBLEMS...UGH HELP

i think you and dad need to have a serious chat. you haveto be on the same side for anything to change. emphasize that you want your step daughter to be happy too.

laying down some rules and rewarding only good behavour with attention should give her life some structure.

There are two problems: her behavior/emotional state and her father's perception of the situation. For anything to change, he will have to undergo a change in his view. The little girl is displaying signs of serious emotional disturbance, and he should open his eyes!
