Caught 5 year old daughter playing with friends private parts. What can I do ????

I have caught my 5 year old daughter playing with other young childrens private parts & them playing with hers.. I felt sick to the stomach & did not know what to do...I tried to talk to my daughter and explain how this was wrong, but have found it so hard to explain exactly why this is so wrong in a way that shecan understand.  I gave her a big talking to followed by lots of cuddles & hoped that was the end but no such luck, as caught her agian a few days later about to do it again.  My daughter is also so independent & stubborn that often when I tell her not to do something she continues to anyway as if to spite me, but this is not just a case of hitting her brother etc but could turn into something so much more sinister.  Please any advise would help...Thanks

More supervision aswell as telling her not to do it, have you made sure that no one in her life has done this to her, sometimes it is a learned behavior just be aware , do not leave her alone with others whilst she has these issues, is she upset by anything new in her lif e, new sibling, divorce, change of enviroment ? If you daughter does things she isnt supposed to do try the time out method so she knows there are rules.Good Luck
