hi jayjay put your question into google there are indeed several interesting references , would it be anything to do with having a cleft palate. Take a look ..let us know if you make head way ..good luck

We have a' speech and language 'disorder forum on Med help , they may have ideas, we also have the expert/doctor forums on the right of the forums page ..I will take a look in the search engine and let you know ...
