Child participation in social activities

I have a 5 year old daughter. She is in SK and she is behind in reading alphabets and the 28 critical words like : and , is, here,....
Yesterday her teacher inform me that she is in high risk list.
One thing that I noticed from my daughter is that I am sure she knows some of the words but her teacher chart shows that my daughter does not know those words.
Bottom line is that when she feels she is in a race, she just bacs off and says I am not good in the game.

What should we do before it is getting late?

As far as social interaction is concerned, simply keep introducing her to age-typical activities. That's really all you need to do. Relative to school, keep in touch with her teacher and be sure she is receiving whatever supports she needs to learn. It is not unusual for some children to lag a little behind their age mates - remember, she is only in kindergarten. Developmentally,  children are not assumed to be able to read at the age of five. Focus on the letters of the alphabet and the numbers.
