Class Project

I am writing a paper for my personal choice class and I need information on Babies Addicted to Crack. I would like to get stories and information on the following
-cures or helpful treatment methods
-Physical and mental handicaps associated with crack
-High Risk Factors
-If it is passed on through Genetics
I have found that most doctors don't blame it on the crack and I was wondering if that is true. Thank you.
