Classified ADHD PI Auditorial Learning Disabilities

I have gone through 10 Due Processes using Naples Law. Receives three restraining Orders, Dual Judgement of Divorce Mine on Extreme Cruelty in Full Statue is on 18 Months Seperation and it Communicates Nothing in Family Court.  I am trying to keep my sons education going and on this fixed income to even communicate with the court I cannot pay mt bills to have the money for xeroxing or do with out my medicine.  Theyjust want more and more from me and less and less from my ex husband because Thomas hates Tom.  How much can be on one plate.  I have not brain washed my child against his father.  Tom my ex never gives a Christmas present, birthday present, or any way of communicating with him and the courts do not see this. It seem to be your fault if a child has no relationship with the other parent.  I saw a mother give her rights up because of this yeserday in court.  The judge has ordered that Thomas go to the chosen school but we are in a full court for the remainder of the school and on top of that wants me to do why Thomas was not making it at the other school.  When is the custodial parent going to get a break.  Thomas is a hard child to raise.  The domestic violence happen because 90% of the time me protectin Thomas from Tom.  I really do not understand any of this.  Its had to want to hang in there and just let him become yet another stat of failure when no acknoledgement is ever given.  I the group that was with Thomas he was the o nly one that went onto college.  ationally in the learning consultant center only three of them graduating high school. Thomas was one of the three.  I feel frustated, exhausted and on these limited funds I really do not now how much I can hang in there any more  The ignorance of these judges overwhelmes me.

HUH?  I'm sorry but your post really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.  Like what were those first 2 sentences about?  And what does this have to do w/child behavior?  I genuinely feel for you and would love to help, because I've been through a divorce, too, as were my parents.  If you need to talk, e-mail me.  ***@****

Thank you for respnding.  Yes Schedule classes leading toward a BA in Communication.  Right now I guess Thomas is considered still a freshman instead of a sophmore.  The college he was at advisor for scheduling signed for Thomas to take what resulted in failure. It was a philosphy course that should have had a prequisite to it. English and Drama two which was interuptation of plays.  Mind you Thomas graduated High School and did not pass the college English Prof. test.  How can I make sure this does not happen again.
This has been damaging to Thomas emotionally never mie the financial end of this.
