Compulsive Liar's

Ok, so I have read some of your thoughts and suggestions on how to handle a compulsive lying child.  But I have sort of an unusual situation.  My son is 18.  He graduated last year and is working full time with his father at his fathers business.  We have thought for a while now that he has a real problem with his lying but have not confronted the situation.  I think it is time to see what can be done to help him...   hopefully it's not too late...  I want to help him and I will never give up on him.  A worried mother.
