Can anyone cite consequences that work on a 10 year old girl who lies, steals and is very manipulative?

Sometimes consequence (negative attention) can be a reinforcer (my son loves going to the director's office)

Try to keep track of when she displays these behaviors - you will see a pattern.

It depends on what's causing it.    You kind of have to work on the cause of the behavior,  not just the behavior.
