Crying

Our 6 year old daughter is extremely emotional and cries over everything from not getting to go to the park to her shoes being dirty. She also finds things to be very important that are not important to anyone else. With that being said she has a good home life and besides tattling on all her kindergarten classmates she is good at school without crying while at school. When she is home though she cries at the drop of a hat...any help is appreciated.

It sounds like she is a very sensitive child. My suggestion is to seek counseling so that you can learn how to help her manage her sensitivity without being overwhelmed.

It could be something as simple as needing more sleep.  Good luck and God bless.
