Daughter Peeing in Room

My daughter is going to be 6 years old at the end of this month and she sometimes pees in her room.  The last time she did it in her closet.  She said it is because she is afraid of the dark and didn't want to go to the bathroom, but I leave the lights on.  She also hides food under her bed - HELP!!!!

It isn't only the dark that frightens children - it is being up alone during the night. For now, invite your daughter to come and get you if she has to use the bathroom during the night.
