Ear Infections/Sinus Infections/Fluid in Lungs in Infant

Is it normal for an infant at 7 months old to have constant ear infections, sinus infections, have fluid in there lungs and be on medication over the counter or prescribed since birth?  What affects will this have on the baby's immune system in the future? What steps can be taking to prevent this?

The symptoms you describe are not within the normal spectrum - i.e., you shouldn't expect them to occur. They certainly require attention. Ask your pediatrician why the conditions are persisting, and what the doctor sees as the course of treatment.
