Fear

by 2tos, Dec 08, 2008 07:17PM
I have a daughter who is almost three. She will go into panic attacks about things like ceiling fans or bugs. The attacks  can last for more than two hours.  The last one was about bugs and she felt that they were all over her and she would grab at her ears and her mouth as if trying to get them out of there.

She needs to be seen by a child psychiatrist.  Not a psychologist,  an actual MD psychiatrist who can prescribe medications and diagnose mental illness.

Best wishes.  This must be very,  very hard.
