OMG...party not over yet...and I'm suffering the same asthma / allergy thingy he has been (we just moved from sunny, humid Florida, and I'm not used to the draught in Autumn, which is a season I've not seen in over 5 years)...so I'm pooped. It's 9:30 here (schoolPreschooler development Preschooler test Preschooler test or procedure preparation School age child development School age test or procedure preparation School-age children development night, YIKES), and I give up. His Mama will fill me in, I'm sure, but...what a milestone. I believe the hand of the Lord touched him last night (he woke up with a smile this morning and did everything he was asked with little or no effort at all), and / or the new medicine is making him feel so much better that maybe, just maybe, ADHD will be an afterthought and buried in the backyard with the asthma (I had no clue it was so serious until the past couple of days).
"Mama" called before I got to bed last night...telling me, "Stay up! (Nephew) has a suprise for you!"...Okay...I stayed up and he came home with her at about 10:15 with a stuffed dolphin (bigger than the last one) for me! He wanted to win something for "Auntie" and he did...and couldn't wait to give it to me!
Anyway...something has "clicked" for sure, because he woke up again this morning, with a smile and excited to go back to school! (Knocking wood again!)
All "partayyyyyed" out for now...
Auntie "sighs" out...
