My grandson is giving my daughter a hard time. He yell out of control when he does not get his way. He is using the "F" word she put soap in his mouth. She taking away things he like to play with when he doesnot listen, example, talking back, throwing things, biting his sister. He can be nice one and then all of a second he acting out.
She also put him in time out did not work.
Can someone help me help her.

Your daughter should sign up for a parenting class about how to manage behavior. There's no shortcut. Your grandson will change to the extent that his mother can make changes in her parenting behavior.
