Head picking

I am 29 years old and suffer from serve aniexty and depression. I began recently picking at head as a way too deal with the aniexty and stress, I've picked so much and badly its left a huge bald spot on my scalp and scaps, aim seriously scared that it's gonna get infected if it isn't already and cause serve problems like cancer or something worse and get into my brain and cause a serious brain infection, I take the medication effexor and have tried several different other medications and nothing seems too work. Brain infection is not something you need to worry about - that worry is a symptom of your anxiety.
