Help with child with Autism

I have a child with Autism who attends a school for autism she is 11 years old, she just started doing this recently, she has been urinating in her pants and when she goes into time out she strips her clothes off and will squat and have a bowel movement on the floor and than smear it all over the walls, she does not do the smearing at home but I have caught her urinating on her bedroom floor a few times, I would like to know why she does this at school and no where else.

I am NOT an autism expert, but I have had a few students who have autism.  My first thought is that she is having some anxiety or she feels threatened in some way.  Is she put in time out for peeing in her pants?  If so, is she not allowed to change?  You may wish to take a day and observe her class to see what is triggering this behavior.
