Help with my son inappropriate touching.

I found out last evening that my 11 yr old son "licked" a neighborhood boys (4yrs old) private area.  We were told this was the second time.  Also in the conversation I found out my son asked to see a movie with "private parts" in it.  When not seen, he became upset.  Lastly, I was told that he exposed himself in a bathroom last school year.  I am very upset.  I have always talked to my son about inappropriate touching.  But always from the standpoint of understanding that his privates belong to him.  That no one should ever touch him.  We monitor what he watches. We monitor what he hears and sees.  When I asked him where he thought/learned of it, he says school.  Although he also says he doesn't know.  He has ADHD and is on Concerta for it.  However, he still acts without thinking.  He is VERY impulsive.  Even if he knows it is wrong.  I am going to contact a pediatric professional.  How do I find the right one?  How do I know the one I find will help the right way?  What do I say to my son?  How do I make sure this never happens again?  Have I done something wrong?  Is my son beyond cure?
