Home Day Care Transition - 2 year old behavior

We changed my daughter, due to location change from my work, three weeks ago, to a new home day care.  She was at a home day care with two kids similar in age for the first two years with no issues.  She is 2 years old.  Now we changed her with a friend that is staying at home and has a 2 year old daughter.  The first 2 weeks went fine, however now she cries when she knows that she is going to day care and during the day is not playing with the other child.  She says that she does not want to go to the girls' home and just sits in the couch.  When I call she cries.  What I notice is that the girls she is with is very active and wants to somehow manipulate my daughter and hug her a lot, but my daughter probably feels that it is too much and does not like to be told what to do.  I am very concerned that my daughter is being affected emotionally.  How long should this behavior last, should I start looking into a new day care.  What if she does not get along with the girl?  Should I be concerned? The day care provider is a friend that just stayed at home and offered to take care of our daughter so that they could play together.  I am trying to stay calm and patient, but will love some guidance as to the timeframe I should wait... or similar experiences.  Is this normal?  Thank you.

The fact your daughter is crying when she has to go to the child care house is telling you something, 2 year old is very young it is better she was with you however I appreciate some Moms do have to work, I doubt if this will improve as it is possible the other child overwhelms or isnt kind to her, the Mom probably sides with her child. Go with your gut and change the situation as it will get worse if she is unhappy . Good luck
