Hyper-excited shaking

My son is 4yrs old. I think it started around 11-12mo,or thats just when I first saw this reapeating behavior. He sometimes gets hyper-excited, usualy over a toy like his favorite Hot wheels car. When gets excited, he tucks his elbows in to his sides and quickly shakes his hands up and down, his eyes get wide, and his mouth opens wide as if he is screaming at the object. This usually only lasts for a few seconds, but can happen repeatedly every few seconds. He can stop if i call his name. Is this a condition with a name, or just something weird my son will grow out of?

Maybe this is simply excited , what is hyper excited ? he is enjoying what he sees, exhubrant more like it, but if you think he has something wrong a visit to the Doctor may make you feel better .
