I Just Had A Question Regarding Aderall

Well i just recently got prescribed to aderall, and it has mad tremendous break-throughs with my concentration levels and motivation. My question is that when i have basketball workouts, and we have to run long distances my mouth gets really dry and i have puked once already and i almost do it every time. Lately i have been keepinga water bottle with me and take lil drinks throughout, but i am wondering if i should be participating in running when im on this drug, i want to tell my coach, but he will prolly be a ***** about it and not understand me. Please help me out, thx

Dear Brody,

It's fine to participate in athletics and the associated workouts. Your idea of keeping water with you is very sensible. Be sure to take the medication with food, and try not to take it immediately prior to your workout because, as I'm sure you know, doing a strenuous workout just after eating is not a good idea.
