I have twin girls that just turned 4, they are potty trained but having issues with 1, she continues to pee and poop on the floor. I'm at my wits end, I really don't know what to do. I have spanked her, put her in the corner, taken tv from her, toys from her. She knows it's wrong and she will get into trouble. PLEASE I NEED HELP THANKS

Mom I know that you are frustrated but your child is NOT POTTY TRAINED. You need to IMMEDIATELY stop the punishments. Take a break from potty training her. Put her back in pull ups letting her know it's ok to go in the pull up but please not on the floor any more. Give her time to decompress from the experience before starting again. You might be surprised as once she realizes you are calm and have no expectations from her, she could just do it on her own but she should not be made to feel 'bad' or be compared to her twin for not being potty trained as she is. As twins they will both have accomplishments at different times through out their lives and should never be pressured to be at the same place or even accomplish the same thing as their twin. Good luck. I promise you eventually she will get the hang of it.

None of the things you are doing are going to accomplish anything except making her feel more anxious.  Put her in pullups without further comment.  Make no more fuss.  Then get some books on potty training, there are good ones out there.  And talk to her doctor, and possibly get a referral to a children's therapise.  What she is doing is from anxiety.  You can't get her past anxiety by punishing her!
