I think my 11 month old might have autism??

My little girl is 11 months today and just now can go from a laying postion to a sitting postion, she still does not crawl or attempt to. I will leave her layin on the floor for like a hour and she dont even to attempt to try?? She dont say alot of things and dont have any intrest in toys or like walkers ,exasaucers etc... I have talked to her doc but he just says shes a little behind. Also het feet are ALWAYS moving in a circle motion alot more when excited.???

She is more than a little behind in her development. This sort of developmental delay invites evaluation by a developmental pediatrician.
