IgA deficiency in child

one yr baby having 7 kg weight presnting with recurrent chest infection and gastrointestinal infection.passing semi solid stool once in a day.he is not immunized .whats  the diagnosis?whats reason of his recurrent infections?what advised should be given to parents?whats management?any differential diagnosis
