Inappropriate Games with 7 year old

It was brought to my attention by my sons daycare center that he had approached another boy a few weeks ago and asked him to go into the bathroom to play the penis game and if this boy wouldn't go my son wouldn't be firends with him.  The boy did not go and told his parents who then reported the incident to the care provider.  After discussing with my they decided they would monitor the bathrooms and not let any of the boys go together.  My husband and I immedaitely discussed this with our son who was embarressed and upset.  He finally told us that an older boy at school had told him about this game during the last school year on several occassions and that he would bully him into listening to the how the game was played.  We told him that that was not right and we don't touch other people nor do we let other people touch us.  I later found out from a friend that my son had played this same game with their son and told him that he would not be his friend.  I then made an appointment with a family therapist  - we spent the hour going over the story and the need for boundries and that we don't touch other people.  Then last night my son was in the restroom with a friend and was caught doing the same thing.  I am at a total loss of how to help him, when asked why he states he doesn't know.  I am worried as we have a younger son at home and the 7 year old is about to go back to public school.

If otherwise your son is developing well, he will likely adapt to the limits you are setting. Be sure to supervide him very well so that he is not in situations that invite a problem. In addition, it would be prudent to have him involved in therapy to address this ongoing concern.
