Inappropriate touch

I appreciate your advice in evaluating a case of inappropriate touch at my 7 year old's home daycare in the context of "normal sexual development."  In the afterschool program, there is a mix of children 5-10 years old, with majority 2nd and 5th graders.  there are 5-8 children present each day.  We learned today that three of the 7 year old girls have stated that the 10 year old boy touched them inapprorpiately.  He asked them to come see his tent and there was touching of private areas, reportedly through clothing.  The boy then told the girls not to tell.  The children are 3 years/grades apart.  Clearly all 4 children need support to frame this experience as the girls reported feeling very uncomfortable and the boy is mortified that he upset/hurt people.  He will talk with a counselor this week and participate in a class for boys about "growing up."  The provider will talk with licensers to see if there is any further reporting that should occur.  The boy will not have contact with the other children in the daycare without supervision.  Is there more that the other parents should do here?  Do you see flags that would alert us as parents to consider moving our children to other care arrangements?  Or does this seem 'developmental' and warranting education for all parties but no shifts in caregiving arrangements?

It sounds as if the daycare is responding in an appropriate manner.  I would keep an eye on things and stay on top of things, but if the boy is that mortified, perhaps he understands now why what he did was a problem.  If the issue continues, then I would have to consider other arrangements.
