Infant Underarm Odor

I am concerned and would like to know what might be the cause of my 11month old daughter having underarm odor.  I have just noticed it in the last two weeks.  I first detected a slight smell in the evening and thought that I smelled it on her clothes but the other night I checked her underarm and smelled a musty odor there. I contacted her pediatrician and his nurse called back and said that I should mention it in her next well visit that is in a three weeks, she also suggested that it might be from a change in detergent or fabric softener but I have not changed either.  I would like to find out if there are any other causes and if it is a real cause for concern as well as any suggestions on preventing it.  Thank you in advance for any help on this matter!

Our son has the same problem, which began while an infant.  He also developed pubic hairs, actually curly pubic hair.  The hair has since fallen out but he still gets body order.  He has possible Precocious Puberty, this might be something you would want to get your daughter tested for.  Our son his and always has been off the scales on the high end for his growth, he is 2 years old now and is the size of most 4-5 year olds.  Just a thought.
