MY CHILD IS 2 AND HALF YEARS BUT HE CAN'T PRONOUCE THE WORDS  WELL, I CAN SAY THAT HE PRONOUNCES 4 WORDS, I WANT TO ASK  AT WHAT AGE SHOULD MY CHILD SPEECHES BE OKAY FOR US

By the age of two, most children are using three-word sentences, but this is just a rough gauge. As with all areas of development, there is a wide variation. If your child is developing well in all other areas, you probably do not have any reason to be concerned. It's not unusual for a child to show some unevenness among the various developmental tasks. To be on the 'safe' side, it would be wise to have him evaluated by a speech therapist, both to determine where he stand in this developmental task, and to begin to inplement (if recommended) any plan for intervention.
