Military School

I have a seven year old son who is literally destroying mine and my husbands life.  I am going out of my mind.  All my life I have wanted nothing more than to become a mother.  I love children and always have.  I am completely convinced that my little boy is evil.  I know that is a terrible thing to say about any child but I am completely serious.  There is no nice family time ... ever.  No sitting down and playing a family game or talking over dinner in this house.  In fact we can't even sit down and enjoy a disney classic with our son.  He makes every moment of every day a living hell.  This child is completely out of control.  My question is:  "Can I send my son to Military school to straighten him out?"  Obviously my husband and I have no effect on him.  

PS.  We have tried several methods of discipline like 1,2, 3, magic.  It starts out ok but once my son figures out how it works it's all down hill from there.  He's very smart.

It goes without saying that reaching the point of sending a child so young to military school indicates the level of difficulty you are experiencing. It may be that a thorough evaluation and consequent treatment might help out. It's possible your son displays an undiagnosed juvenile-onset bipolar disorder, for example. If so, this can be treated and you may be able to enjoy him the way you've always wished.
