Misbehaves in school

I have a soon to be 6 year old girl, who comes home everyday and reports she was not good in school. her teacher send a sticker home for every day the children are good. i have tried everythng i can think of to punich her. i have ,taken the TV, toys, friends, outside time, i have done time outs, spankings, and nothing seems to work she just does not seem to care. i have completly cleaned her room out to where all she had was a bed. i am at the end of the road i do not know what to do PLEASE HELP!!

she is hitting other children, the teacher says she is not doing it in a mean way but to get someones attention or if someone is bothering her the teacher has 20 other kids to help out and i do not think she has the time to constantly reinforce positive  remarks, they keep her in from recess and she has had to sit in principals office it seems to bother her for a little while then she  goes on, i ask her why she hit so and so and she says she forgot to keep her hands to herself or to ask for help...

What does the teacher say she is doing wrong??  Maybe the teacher is being too hard on her?

Your daughter is still only 5.  Her attention span is 10 minutes at best.  She needs positive reinforcement throughout the day in small increments.  This will make her feel successful and help you see where she is having trouble.  Transition times are usually hard for some students this age.  Good luck and God Bless.
