Mood disorder/ Oppositional Defiant Disorder

by Kdumaine, Oct 11, 2006 12:00AM
My child Joshua was diagnosed with Mood disorder/ODD/Adhd, which to me it really cant get any worse than that.. If you have ever had a child like mine, thier very had to deal with, violent, and alot of patience is needed.. I can truly understand why some ppl feel at wits end with thier children..  Mine however is doing better is on meds, and sees a behavioral therapist, and then a regular physitrist (spelled wrong) and then in school he has 2 30 min group sessions a day  , and the teachers and i work as one team whicch has improved his behavor some what... But what im looking for is are there other ppl that have children like mine? will he ever out grow it, and what other kinds of schools deal with children like mine, other than a hospital ?
