My son just turned 19 months old and he doesn't speak at all...not even to say mama or milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal or anything at all. When he wants something he just cries ad cries and I have to try and guess what it can be. According to the time it is I know if it's a diaper change or if he's hungry. He barely responds to his name. He doesn't follow directions at all. I am very worried. He is my 2nd child, my 1st child is a 6 year old girl who is extremely advanced. Talked at 6 months and walked by 9 months. What should I do?
