My 21months old keeps stiff cross legs in air and hands on stomach, her head gets hot

I am worried now as My baby is near 21months. She keep her legs up in air (crossed). legs become very stiff and hard. She keeps the legs moving up and down and her head becomes really hot. She is doing this since she is 4-5 months. She also does this sometimes when she is in half sleep. Her Doctor has referred to neurologist. Should I have to take 21months to neurologist? What could be wrong? I can send a small video clip if somebody can help.

I have never heard of a 4-5 month old masturbate but the way you described her behaviors, that is what it sounds like to me also. Call me paranoid, but I would be careful about who I share that video with.

Are there seizures that would put you in this same physical position over an over? Who knows? Good Luck, and I hope you share what you find out.
