My 3 year old daughter is crying at night

My 3 years old daughter suffered with fever for few days, but then she was ok.  For the last two days I have been noticing that, she is fine in the morning.  But at night she is suddenly getting up and is crying, probably due to some kind of pain.  But I am not being able to figure out what problem, is she having, as everything is fine in the morning.  Just to add a note she has some constipation problem, and hasn't passed stool today.

Have you brought her to her doctor? If not, you should. Fevers occur for a reason, and its important to determine what is going on. There's no doubt that constipation can make her quite uncomfortable, and if the constipation is serious enough it can result in big problems (e.g., impacted bowels). Put your energy into getting her medical attention.
