My 3 yr. old will not sleep

My 3 yr. old daughter will not sleep through the night. I tried everything - I tried not giving her a nap, i tried not giving her sweets all day, and i tried having her run and play all day outside. It seems like she would b the last person up if myh husband and i would let her. No matter what, she is the 1st person  up in the morning around 6:30-7am. then she doesn't nap all day. We try to put her 2 bed around 8:30 - 9:oo at night every night. I've even tried keeping her up late to c if that works. She;ll go 2 bed most of the time by herself but she will sleep 4 aprox. 3 hours then it starts.  She gets up every 2-3 hours a night 4 juice. me and my husband r not getting any sleep. Whatg can we do? I have a 1 yr. old i have 2 worry about my daughter waking him up if she doesn't get her juice. I've tried everything. What can i do?????

My 2.5 year old daughter used to sleep fairly well , although she has never really slept through the whole night. But she recently within the last few months has absolutely refused to nap or go to bed at night... I think part of it has stemmed from staying the night at my moms house once a week. When she is there, my mom puts her to sleep in her own bed and then carries her to the crib after she falls asleep. Even though it was only once a week, it must have created a problem. I have told her if she doesn't stop, that she will not be able to have my daughter over.
When my daughter is at home, she will cry so hard that she vomits. Pretty regularly. So, it's pretty scary for me, even if it probably isn't really hurting her. And I admit I have even resorted on a few occasions letting her sleep in my bed for the night... Which I know is horrible re-inforcement.
I would like to know what I can do or try to get her back in bed. And if she pukes, how should I handle it afterwards? I have to clean her & her bed up, so should I just put her back immediately, or is there different steps I should take? I would love for her not to vomit at all! :)
thanks for any suggestions!
