My 4 yr old son sleeps so sound that he consistantly wets the bed.

When should this be a concern?  Also he sleep walks at night.  Should this be of some concern too?  He wears pullups at night and is starting to tell me that the are uncomfortable.  I have tried taking him out of them, but he wet the bed aleast 2 times before morning.  I would have to wake him to change the bed.  We tried this for 2 weeks and he never went one night dry.
