My 5 1/2 year old daughter poops in her pants daily

My daughter was self toilet trained before her brother, who is a year older.  In the last 2 years, she has reverted.  she poops and pees in her pants sometimes as much as 5x a day.  My wife and I are really tried by this.  We've seen a number of specialists, all of whom she responds to in person but does not adhere to what she hears.  She also has incredible difficulty in the morning with picking out an outfit for kindergarten.  She has a stubborn streak.  I don't know if this has any bearing on the pooping and peeing.  We have not moved since before she was born, and the pooping and problem of dressing have predated kindergarten.  Anyone have any thoughts?
